Eligibility & Educational Conditions for BC Supervisor

For Retired Bank Employees:

1. Retired officers from any bank (PSY/RRB/Private Banks/Co-operative Banks) up to the rank of Chief Manager or equivalent.
2. Retired clerks and equivalent from Bank of Baroda with JAIIB certification and a good track record.
3. Must have at least 3 years of rural banking experience.

For Young Candidates:

1. Minimum qualification is a graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet).
2. Preference given to candidates with M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, MBA degrees.

Age Limit for BC Supervisor

• Retired Bank Employees: Up to 65 years.
• Young Candidates: 21-45 years at the time of appointment.

Salary Details

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000, along with other conveyance benefits.
