Key Accountabilities:

• Track daily order pickup, track on-time deliveries, check quality and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Collect statements and respond to customer inquiries about transactions and timely collection of fees
• Track the day-to-day business relationship with customers
• Report quality/complaint situations to your manager, receive customer complaints, follow up internally and ensure customer complaints are satisfactorily resolved
• Regularly visit your customers' sites, find opportunities for business development and improve service levels, and report feedback to your manager
• Develop and maintain a strong, up-to-date product knowledge to advise customers through technical product details and product applications. Sells and supplies its products to premier retailers, leading hotels, caterers and restaurant chains.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited organization in a related field
• Good communication skills, fluent in English
• Valid UAE driving license
• 3-5 years similar experience in FMCG field.
• Must have experience in FMCG sector
• Native Arabic speakers are preferred.
