A strong knowledge of front office operations and at least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred. Fluency in English and Italian is a plus.

For the Chef De Partie position, you will work to deliver high-quality dishes consistently. You will assist in daily kitchen operations and ensure that all food is prepared according to set standards. Previous experience in a 5-star hotel and at least two years in a similar role is required. Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.
