Eligibility & Educational Conditions for EIC

  • Highs School- Equivalent- Plus two – Degree Diploma

Internal Audit Manager Requirements:

  1. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of fluency in English and it would be advantageous to have a strong knowledge of Arabic. Additionally, they must hold at least a Bachelor's degree and be a member of a recognized professional body such as AC or CIA, or be recognized in the local audit profession.
  2. It is also essential that the candidate has a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive work experience in the audit function, with at least 3 years specifically in the insurance industry, dealing with a wide range of corporate and insurance processes.
  3. A minimum of three years of experience in overseeing audit operations, managing multiple audit teams, and collaborating closely with senior management and the board of directors or audit committee.
  4. Having a combination of past experiences in both the corporate environment and professional services, along with valuable Asurare/Terrel audit experience and internal audit experience, would be advantageous.
  5. Understanding the requirements for achieving glory in the UAE and the adoption of leading international insurance practices requires a comprehensive knowledge and thoughtful consideration.

Head of Risk Requirements:

  1. The candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree qualification.
  2. At least a year of experience in Auda, Compliance, and/or Management Services is required.
  3. Holding a degree, diploma, or accreditation in Risk Management will be beneficial.
  4. The candidate must also have experience in delivering comprehensive risk reports to the Board Risk Committee.

Compliance Officer Requirements:

  1. The candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  2. Additionally, they must have proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
  3. It is required that the candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a maximum of 3 years specifically in the field of Internal Audit/Compliance/Risk management within a financial services company, preferably in the insurance sector, in the UAE.

Medical Underwriting Manager Requirements:

  1. The candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in order to be considered qualified.
  2. It is preferred that they also hold certification from a reputable insurance body. Additionally, the candidate should have at least one year of comprehensive work experience in the insurance sector, with five years in a similar role within a well-respected insurance company.
  3. They should have extensive experience in group medical health, including a deep understanding of policy winding, structure, underwriting processes, and knowledge of legal and regulatory issues, particularly pertaining to DHA and HAAD.
  4. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of medical and insurance products and pricing strategies.
  5. They should be motivated to contribute to innovative product development and have experience in developing new products.
  6. The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Manager/ Assistant Manager- Casuality Department Requirements:

  1. The candidate must meet the requirements for a Bachelor's degree.
  2. The candidate should exhibit technical knowledge and skills that are indicative of an experienced professional who has advanced in their career. Additionally, they should have a strong desire to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative insurance products.
  3. Having insurance certification from a reputable insurance organization is preferable.
  4. The candidate should possess a substantial amount of work experience in casualty underwriting, specifically at least 7 years in the insurance industry, with 2 years in a comparable position within a reputable insurance company.

Senior Associate I-Speciality Lines Department Requirements:

  1. The preferred applicant should possess a bachelor's degree from a university and hold a recognized insurance certification.
  2. Additionally, the candidate should have accumulated a minimum of 7 years of experience in the insurance field, specifically in the role of managing fronting functions within casualty business.
  3. It is also essential for the candidate to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of market conditions and trends.
