Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop creative and engaging content for various platforms including blogs, website copy, social media posts and email campaigns.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate content ideas.
• Track and monitor competitors for social presence and post frequency
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

Graphic Design:

• Design visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, infographics, presentations and advertisements.
• Lead the development of company-related materials. This includes templates for business proposals, resource profiles and other materials that help build his image of THA to stakeholders.
• Develop creative concepts and translate them into effective designs.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver quality designs on time.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and monitor our company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition.
• Create and schedule social media posts, monitor comments and respond to requests.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch or other related tools.
• Ability to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos and other design elements.
• Knowledge of graphic editors, manipulations and retouching.
• Effective time management skills for working with multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and properly allocate time for various projects.
• Highly creative thinking that allows you to come up with unique and original ideas for design and content.
• Understanding branding principles and the ability to align design and content with brand identity and values.
